Siobhan has over 20 years' experience in financial services. Following a Sports and Business degree at Wolverhampton University, Siobhan started her career as a Paraplanner, gathering the knowledge and expertise needed to become a financial planner and is very proud to have recently become the Director Owner of Cre8 taking the reins from Anita who is looking forward to her retirement. Siobhan enjoys helping her clients to live their best lives, focusing on their goals and how their financial resources can make these goals a reality. She can manoeuvre the financial world in a professional and down-to-earth manner and prides herself on an ability to
simplify matters and present things in an understandable way. Siobhan is a member of the Personal Finance Society. In her spare time, Siobhan enjoys netball and plays in the Kidderminster and Worcester leagues. The rest of her time is spent with her husband and daughters – they regularly enjoy bike rides in the Wyre Forest. Holidays are often spent at their family caravan in Wales, on the same site she holidayed as a child.

She belongs to the CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment) and is a founder member of the EBIS Group (Evidence Based Investment Solutions). Anita is the author of a financial planning book for women, ‘A Widows Guide.’
Anita spends her spare time dancing (Ceroc and Argentine Tango), gardening, cooking and walking her dogs Riley and Doug. Anita’s favourite European destination is Seville and worldwide is Argentina. One place still on her bucket list is the Maldives.

Alison has over 16 years' experience in financial services. Following a Psychology and Criminal Justice degree at University, she started her career as a Technical Administrator, then gained promotion as a paraplanner where she developed a thorough understanding of all aspects of financial planning. Having spent eight years gathering the knowledge and expertise needed to progress, she has now become a Financial Planner. Alison's caring and down-to-earth nature means she is able to help her clients take control of their finances focusing on the people and passions they care about most. Alison holds the Diploma in
Financial Planning and is a member of The London Institute of Banking and Finance. In her spare time, Alison enjoys spending time with family, and taking her daughter to various after-school activities! In her breaks from family life, Alison is a socialite spending time with her friends and cooking up new creations in the kitchen! Holidays are often spent in Devon where she holidayed as a child.

Joanne has worked in Financial Services since leaving school giving her a wealth of experience within the industry. Her responsibilities in the office cover a wide range of tasks all focused on constantly delivering an exceptional level of service to our clients. Jo’s can do attitude and energy are a winning combination.
Jo enjoys spending her spare time with her family, cycling and scootering with her daughter and pandering their French Bulldog, Claude. In her breaks from family life, Jo is a socialite spending time with her friends. She also loves to travel and so far her favourite short haul destination is Fuerteventura and worldwide is safariing in Kenya. The Maldives are also on her bucket list.

Having obtained a first class honours degree in Accounting and Finance at Birmingham University, Josh knew he would like to enter the world of wealth management. Through hard work and a determined attitude Josh came to our attention in early 2019. His attention to detail is making him a real hit in the office. Josh certainly has a bright future ahead of him.
Josh enjoys spending his spare time with friends, walking his dog Charlie and exercising at the gym. He is a keen follower of football and enjoys his team Birmingham City play live when he can. Josh is also keen to travel the world with a visit to Australia top of his bucket list.

John has worked at cre8 since its inception in 2003. He is responsible for the overall management of the office, running the accounts and payroll, IT systems and generally doing all those jobs nobody else fancies.
John spends his spare time playing golf at Enville Golf Club, is a keen photographer, lover of rugby and enjoys walking the dogs, Riley and Doug. His favourite winter pursuit is skiing in the French Alps, although the old bones aren't as flexible as they used to be. The one place still on his bucket list is Australia and New Zealand.
